About Doug Hagy |

Doug Hagy, Principal Consultant at Twin Lakes Consulting Corporation, is a seasoned management consultant with recognized expertise in automated systems and development of effective employee training programs. |

Hagy is an ASTD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. He is also an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. |
|
|
Hagy serves on the Executive Committee of the ASQ Pittsburgh Section. He teaches Operational Excellence at Saint Vincent College, Latrobe, PA. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Westminster College and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University. |

Twin Lakes Consulting understands the difference between training and learning. The typical learning-based instructional system emphasizes knowledge delivery. While these systems may be valuable for enrichment, career planning, and succession strategy, they are often costly and do not necessarily translate into improved performance. |
